RACKBOOST takes over Proserve Belgium
Meise, Belgium – august 29, 2006 – RACKBOOST has signed an agreement to take over Proserve Belgium. The take-over includes client portfolio and technical infrastructure of Proserve Belgium at LCL Diegem and Interxion Zaventem.
Gerben van der Veen, Managing Director of Proserve: “The speed, stability and scalability of our network has always been our greatest asset. Because RACKBOOST is taking over the complete infrastructure, this will remain unchanged. The agreement will combine our network with RACKBOOST’s extensive services with the objective of creating new chances and opportunities for our existing customers.”

The acquisition of Proserve Belgium by RACKBOOST will not have any impact on the customers.
